Keerti Melkote is SVP and GM, Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. He started Aruba Networks in 2002 with a vision to enable mobility for enterprises of all sizes. This started with the creation of Aruba’s secure mobility platform for deploying enterprise-scale wireless LANs. He led Aruba through its IPO offering in 2007 and continues to guide Aruba’s strategic direction as it grows and expands into the leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions. Prior to founding Aruba, he held leadership roles in product management, technology marketing and engineering at Cisco, Intel and leading networking startups such as Shasta Networks. He received his MSEE from Purdue University and B.Tech in ECE from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has been granted multiple patents for innovations in the field of networking and communications and was honored by Purdue University as an Outstanding Electrical and Computer Engineer in 2009. He serves as an adviser and an angel investor to multiple silicon valley startups that are applying technology to transform many diverse industries including wireless, security, datacenter, social networking, healthcare, sports and construction.
Chief Technology Officer, Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company
Partha Narasimhan is the Chief Technology Officer at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. He has been with Aruba since the inception of the company in 2002. At Aruba, he has led wireless product development in Engineering and later became the CTO for enterprise networking. Since the acquisition by HP, he has been the CTO for the networking organization within Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). He currently leads a team that is responsible for technology vision and strategy for networking, spanning both campus and data center networks. He has worked on multiple networking technologies throughout his career following a PhD from Rutgers University. He has participated in the standardization process at the IEEE 802.11 and the IETF.
Dr Jordan Nguyen
Founder and CEO, Psykinetic

Chief Digital and Information Officer, Vision Australia
Samir is Chief Digital and Information Officer at Vision Australia, a leading national provider of blindness and low vision services in Australia. Vision Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and a major participant and partner in the international blindness community. Samir spent over 4 years as CIO at Tennis Australia and the Australian Open in Melbourne. In 2015, he was awarded the Innovation Award (iAwards) by the Australian Information Industry Association for best Digital Transformation and Platform for consumers in Victoria.
Group Manager of Technology, Auckland Transport
Sam Tuineau is the Group Manager of Technology at Auckland Transport.
While he’s not playing professional rugby in Spain or being held at gun point by militia in South America, he’s supporting the numerous initiatives Auckland transport has around customer engagements and congestions management in New Zealand’s biggest city.
Sam has worked in the Transport and IT industries for the past 20+ years and has a passion for making the technology work for people, or helping people use technology whichever fits!
Head, ICT Infrastructure Services, James Cook University
Swain Kirk is a leader with a passion for aligning and delivering quality business-focused ICT services.
Swain’s career commenced in the UK with various mainframe roles. Transitioning to management, he led IT operations for Riyadh’s international airport and then held a consultancy role with Saudi Arabia’s central bank.
Migrating to Australia he undertook IT account and business development activities for Queensland Rail. He then held senior leadership roles with RailCorp NSW, delivering improvements in ICT operations and ticketing, that culminated as GM ICT Operations Delivery.
Heading ICT for a BHP Billiton asset he refined processes and improved operational efficiencies for mine, refinery and port facilities. Prior to taking up his current role at James Cook University (JCU), Swain spent time aligning IT for a vocational education facility.
Swain has been instrumental in revitalising JCU’s ICT infrastructure; enhancing research facilities; and is a key leader in the implementation of the university’s new digital strategy.
Senior Vice President – IT & CIO, Ashok Leyland Limited
Mr. Venkatesh Natarajan is Senior Vice President – IT / CIO of Ashok Leyland limited, based out of Chennai and has been with the company for 17 years. He is basically a Mechanical Engineer and a Post graduate in Maintenance Engineering. He also holds a Master degree in Engineering Management and a PG in Computer applications.
He has 32 years of multifaceted experience in the Manufacturing industry & 24 years in the field of Information Technology. He has worked in various capacities in the areas of Plant Maintenance, Production, Marketing and Information technology.
Mr. Venkatesh Natarajan in his capacity as the CIO has been responsible for driving major business transformation in Ashok Leyland in the area of Business and Engineering IT applications. He has been instrumental in demonstrating the benefits of IT to the business by perfect alignment of IT strategy with business objectives.
His area of expertise includes Digital Transformation, Business process re-engineering, process design & architecture, Business Intelligence & ERP implementation apart from IT management.
Mr. Venkatesh Natarajan is well known in the industry circle and a prolific speaker in various IT seminars & conferences. He is passionate about teaching /sharing his knowledge with the student community and is a visiting faculty in premier business schools. He is respected for his thought leadership, IT Vision and views on technology adoption.
