Services Marketing Manager (Req# Ops002)

Summary:

The Services Marketing Manager is responsible for updating and managing marketing programs for Aruba's customer service portfolio of products and programs and driving many of the marketing communications activities related to Aruba Services. This individual will work directly with customers, partners, Customer Advocacy management, Education Services, sales, marketing, and other internal groups to identify customer service requirements. The candidate will develop service programs to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of our products through single and multi tier partner programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage the collateral and documentation for the full portfolio of Aruba service offerings including Support, Education, and Advanced Services
  • Manage service part numbers and pricing
  • Identify new service offerings for both customers and partners based on feedback from customers and the field
  • Maintain service content on Aruba Intranet, public web and partner extranet sites
  • Work with Aruba Authorized Training Center partners and program manager on demand generation activities
  • Maintain course description information on external web site and course catalogs
  • Collect competitive information on offerings and pricing
  • Manage all partner newsletter content for services
  • Support sales for service related inquiries and proposal support
  • Maintain boilerplate contract terms and support sales and partner management in contract negotiations
  • Update service policies as required
  • Drive service case studies and testimonials
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of Services Marketing / Program Management experience.(networking/security industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, experience in marketing writing and preparing presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented.
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience marketing to and thru multiple channels.
