Dominic Orr, President and Chief Executive
Dominic OrrDominic Orr was named President and CEO of Aruba Networks in April 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Orr served as the company’s Chairman of the Board. Previously, Dominic Orr was the president of Nortel Networks, Intelligent Internet Web Systems. He previously served as the president and chief executive of Alteon WebSystems which was merged with Nortel Networks in Oct. 2000. Mr. Orr has more than 20 years of experience in the computer systems and communication networking industry and has held senior positions at Bay Networks, Hewlett-Packard and Hughes Aircraft. Mr. Orr. is a member of the Sciences Board of Visitors at UCLA. He holds a BS in physics from City University of New York and a MS and PhD from California Institute of Technology.

Hitesh Sheth, Chief Operating Officer
Hitesh ShethHitesh Sheth joined Aruba Networks as Chief Operating Officer in August 2009. Prior to joining Aruba, Mr. Sheth led Juniper Networks’ Ethernet Platforms Business Group, where he drove Juniper’s entry into the switching market with the introduction of a comprehensive switching portfolio that generated strong revenue momentum. Prior to that position, Mr. Sheth led Juniper’s Service Layer Technologies Business Group Before Juniper, Mr. Sheth spent seven years at Cisco where he held a number of senior general management, marketing, and business development positions. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Sheth held executive and engineering management positions at Liberate Technologies, Oracle Corporation and The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). He received a BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Keerti Melkote, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Keerti MelkoteKeerti Melkote is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Aruba Networks. Prior to founding Aruba in 2002, Mr. Melkote held leadership roles in product management, technology marketing and engineering at Cisco, Intel and leading networking startups such as Shasta Networks. Mr. Melkote has extensive experience in leading entrepreneurial teams that have created new businesses and billion dollar product categories in the networking industry. His major accomplishments include the creation and delivery of Aruba’s market leading secure mobile access solution, the industry’s first broadband IP service delivery platform at Shasta Networks and Cisco’s first gigabit switching products. Mr. Melkote received his MSEE from Purdue University and B.Tech in ECE from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has been granted multiple patents for innovations in the field of networking and communications.

Michael Galvin, Chief Financial Officer
Michael GalvinMichael Galvin has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Aruba Networks since June 2011. He has worked at the company since 2005, and was previously vice president of finance. Prior to that, he held multiple senior finance positions at BEA Systems, Inc., including vice president of finance and corporate controller. Prior to that, Galvin was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co., most recently as a vice president. Galvin holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Aaron Bean, VP Human Resources
Aaron Bean is the vice president of human resources for Aruba Networks. Mr. Bean was previously head of human resources security products at Juniper Networks. Prior to Juniper, he served as vice president of human resources at Alteon WebSystems, Ridge Technologies and Noah’s New York Bagels. He received his B.S. from the University of Southern California.

Robert Bruce, VP Worldwide Channel Sales
Bob Bruce joined Aruba Networks in 2009 and serves as the Vice President, Worldwide Channel Sales. Mr. Bruce previously held senior executive level channel sales management positions at Juniper Networks and Cisco Systems where he spent nearly 10 years developing and implementing their channel strategy. Prior to Cisco, Bob held senior sales positions at 3Com and ROLM/IBM. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois.

Kevin Canty, VP Operations
Kevin CantyKevin Canty recently joined Aruba Networks in late 2010 as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Canty’s experiential background in Operations makes him undoubtedly qualified to lead Aruba Networks above and beyond its measure of success. Prior to joining Aruba, Kevin was the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Juniper Networks, throughout which time Juniper grew from $2B to $4B run rate. Preceding that position, Kevin served as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Aurora Networks. Kevin has also held key management roles at Applied Materials, Inc., 3Com Corporation, MIPS Computer Systems/SGI and NeXT Computer, Inc. He received a BA in Economics from State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from Colorado State University.

Peter Cellarius, VP Global Partner Development & Operations
Peter Cellarius is the VP, Global Partner Development & Operations for Aruba Networks. Mr. Cellarius joined Aruba from Nortel Networks, where he was most recently Business Leader for Routing & VPN. Prior to that, he held other executive positions at Nortel, Stentor and Bell Canada. He received his M.S. from Carleton University and B.S. from the University of Victoria.

Ben Gibson, Chief Marketing Officer
Ben GibsonBen Gibson brings 20 years of IT industry experience to Aruba networks, where he serves as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Gibson leads global marketing strategy, including Product and Solution Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand, Demand Generation, Theater and Channel Marketing. Prior to Aruba Networks, Gibson served as Vice President of Marketing for Cisco’s Data Center/Virtualization business, as well as marketing leadership roles for Cisco’s Enterprise Global Marketing Solutions and Program Development and Wireless and Mobility Solutions Marketing. Prior to Cisco, Gibson served as Vice President of Marketing at both Meru Networks and Proxim Corporation, where he led global marketing, communications, investor relations, and channel marketing programs. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Business from California State University Long Beach.

Alexa King, VP Legal and General Counsel
Alexa King is General Counsel for Aruba Networks. Ms. King joined the company from Siebel Systems, where she was Senior Director, Legal Affairs. Ms. King previously served as an attorney at Fenwick & West and Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro and as a clerk with the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai’i. She received her B.A. from Harvard College and her JD from Boalt Hall School of Law.

Mike Kirby, VP Global Sales
Michael Kirby joined Aruba Networks in 2004 and serves as the Vice President of Global Sales. Mr. Kirby previously held multiple sales management positions at Cisco Systems and Wang Laboratories. He received his B.A. from Temple University.

Greg Murphy, VP Outdoor, Mesh and Industrial
Greg Murphy is Vice President, Outdoor, Mesh and Industrual at Aruba Networks. Mr. Murphy was previously the founder and Chief Operating Officer of AirWave Wireless, which merged with Aruba in 2008. Prior to AirWave, Mr. Murphy held senior executive positions at Idealab and On Command Corporation. He received an M.A. from Stanford University and an A.B. from Amherst College.

Dave Peterson, VP China Operations
Dave Peterson is the Vice President, China Operations for Aruba Networks. Mr. Peterson previously held key engineering and operations roles at companies including ICL/Datachecker, Ericsson/Raynet, 3Com, Diva Systems and Procket Networks. Dave received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from University of California, Davis.

Neil Senior, VP Customer Advocacy
Neil SeniorNeil Senior joined Aruba Networks in 2011 as Vice President, Customer Advocacy and is responsible for Aruba’s global service and support organization. Previously, Neil was responsible for Global Customer Services for RSA, the Security Division of EMC. He has over 20 years experience in the networking and security industries and has held services and engineering leadership positions at GTE/Genuity, FTP Software and Loftware prior to RSA. Neil earned a degree in Electronics Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a BS in Management from Lesley University, and is completing his MBA at Northeastern University.

Jagdeep Singh, VP Worldwide Field Advocacy
Jagdeep Singh joined Aruba in 2002 and through 2011 served as Aruba’s VP of Global Customer Advocacy, building from ground up Aruba’s worldwide Service and Support organization. He is currently responsible for the enablement and success of Aruba’s global Systems Engineering organization. He has two decades of experience in customer services, field engineering and product engineering in the networking industry. Jagdeep previously held senior management positions at Nortel Networks (via the acquisition of Shasta Networks), and prior to that was at 3Com Corporation and Tandem Computers. Mr. Singh received his MBA from Santa Clara University. He also obtained a BS. in Electrical Engineering and MS. in Computer Science.

Ankur Singla, Chief Technology Officer
Ankur Singla is Chief Technology Officer for Aruba Networks. Mr. Singla joined Aruba Networks from Juniper Networks, where he served as Senior Director, Engineering in the Ethernet Products Group. Prior to Juniper, he served in engineering and management positions at Motorola Semiconductors (Freescale), Cisco, and Hughes Electronics. He received an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Chris Spain, VP Product Line Management and Technical Marketing
Chris Spain is Vice President of Product Line Management and Technical Marketing for Aruba Networks. Chris’ background in telephony and wide-area and local-area networking make him uniquely qualified to drive the development of infrastructure solutions designed to meet customer requirements for converged networks. Prior to joining Aruba, Chris was Vice President of product management and technical marketing at Juniper networks. Prior to joining Juniper, Chris was Director of Marketing for the Cisco Systems Desktop Switching Business Unit, and held various positions at Network Equipment Technologies (NET), General Datacom, and GEC. Chris is a graduate of Coventry Technical College in England.
