Bernard Guidon, Industry Consultant, 25-year veteran of Hewlett-Packard Co.

Bernard Guidon worked for Hewlett-Packard Co. in various executive and management positions for more than 25 years. At HP, Mr. Guidon was responsible for the HP Unix product lines, including the market-leading line of HP servers and workstations, building it into a multi-billion dollar product line and establishing HP as the number one Unix supplier in the world. In building this business, Mr. Guidon defined the strategy and led engineering, marketing, finance, manufacturing, sales, distribution channels, external partnerships and acquisitions worldwide. Mr. Guidon also served as vice president and general manager of the $1.5 billion HP professional services organization, which employed over 6,000 people worldwide, and separately as vice president and general manager of HP’s telecommunications business unit. Mr. Guidon is currently a business strategy and marketing consultant to several global high tech companies. Mr. Guidon is a resident and native of France, and holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toulouse in Europe.

Emmanuel T. Hernandez, Former CFO, SunPower Corporation

Emmanuel T. Hernandez is the former chief financial officer for SunPower Corporation, manufacturer of the world’s highest efficiency, commercially available solar cells and solar panels. Previously, Mr. Hernandez served more than eleven years as executive vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where he was instrumental in solidifying relations with the investment community and maintaining Cypress’ strong financial position. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nueva Caceres in the Philippines, received his CPA license from the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He currently serves as a board member of ON Semiconductor and Integration Associates.

Michael R. Kourey, Former CFO, Polycom

Michael R. Kourey is the former CFO of Polycom, Inc., a publicly-held unified collaborative communications solutions company, a position he held from January 1995 until February 2012. He served as vice president, finance and administration of Polycom from January 1995 to January 1999 and as vice president, finance and operations from July 1991 to January 1995. Mr. Kourey serves on the board of directors of Riverbed Technology, Inc. and serves on the Advisory Board of the Business School at Santa Clara University. Mr. Kourey holds a B.S. in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Doug Leone, General Partner, Sequoia Capital

Douglas Leone focuses on internet and communication investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 1988, Doug held sales and sales management positions at Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard and Prime Computer. Douglas has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, and an MS in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Keerti Melkote, Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Keerti Melkote is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Aruba Networks, Inc. Prior to founding Aruba in 2002, Mr. Melkote held leadership roles in product management, technology marketing and engineering at Cisco, Intel and leading networking startups such as Shasta Networks. Mr. Melkote has extensive experience in leading entrepreneurial teams that have created new businesses and billion dollar product categories in the networking industry. His major accomplishments include the creation and delivery of Aruba’s market leading secure mobile access solution, the industry’s first broadband IP service delivery platform at Shasta Networks and Cisco’s first gigabit switching products. Mr. Melkote received his M.S.E.E. from Purdue University and has been granted multiple patents for innovations in the field of networking and communications.

Dominic Orr, President and Chief Executive

Dominic Orr was named President and CEO of Aruba Networks in April 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Orr served as the company’s Chairman of the Board. Previously, Dominic Orr was the president of Nortel Networks, Intelligent Internet Web Systems. He previously served as the president and chief executive of Alteon WebSystems which was merged with Nortel Networks in Oct. 2000. Mr. Orr has more than 20 years of experience in the computer systems and communication networking industry and has held senior positions at Bay Networks, Hewlett-Packard and Hughes Aircraft. Mr. Orr. is a member of the Sciences Board of Visitors at UCLA. He holds a BS in physics from City University of New York and a MS and PhD from California Institute of Technology.

Willem “Wim” Roelandts, Chairman of the Board Xilinx, Inc.

Under Roelandts’ leadership as CEO of Xilinx, the company developed a culture of engineering innovation and a management philosophy focused on building value-based products. This approach to business was lauded by FORTUNE Magazine, which ranked Xilinx in its Top 10 list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” from 2002 to 2005. Prior to his tenure at Xilinx, Roelandts had a 30-year management career at Hewlett-Packard Co., where he served as senior vice president responsible for all aspects of HP’s then $6 billion worldwide computer systems business. In November 2007, Roelandts assumed the post of chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), the leading voice for the semiconductor industry since 1977. He has served on the board of directors for Applied Materials, Inc. since 2004, and for more than four years was chairman of the board of the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA). Roelandts holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rijks Hogere Technische School in Anderlecht, Belgium in 1965.

Juergen Rottler, Executive Vice President of Customer Services, Oracle Corporation

Juergen Rottler is the former Executive Vice President of Customer Services for Oracle Corporation, a worldwide leader in integrated business software and hardware systems. He joined Oracle in 2004 and during his six year tenure Oracle became the first technology company to receive the global J.D. Power & Associates award for Outstanding Customer Service. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Rottler held several global leadership positions at HP, where he worked in their hardware, software, and services businesses between 1986 and 2004. Mr. Rottler holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business from Hochschule Furtwangen University (Germany), and an MBA from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Dan Warmenhoven, Executive Chairman, NetApp, Inc.

Dan Warmenhoven is the executive chairman of NetApp, Inc., a leader in enterprise data management and open networked storage solutions. He joined NetApp in October 1994 and led the company’s initial public offering in November 1995. Today, NetApp is a multi-billion dollar company with more than 8,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Warmenhoven won the prestigious National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2004 and was named by Business Week as one of its Top 25 Managers in 2001. Prior to NetApp, Mr. Warmenhoven served as chairman, president, and CEO of Network Equipment Technologies (N.E.T.), a telecommunications manufacturer. He is a veteran of Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP), where he held senior management positions including general manager of the information networks group, and a 13-year veteran of IBM Corporation. Mr. Warmenhoven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with honors, from Princeton University.
