What are the conference dates?

Atmosphere 2017 takes place from May 8 – May 11, 2017. Your arrival and departure dates may vary based upon your track selection. If you would like to attend training we recommend you arrive on Saturday 6th May as training sessions start from 1200 on Sunday 7th May.

How much is the hotel accommodation?

Aruba has contracted with three different hotels each within a seven minute walk of all conference locations. Preferential rates have been agreed with Disney. Each hotel has a slightly different price point based upon the grade of the hotel.

Please note rooms are limited and we expect to sell out so please book early to guarantee the hotel you wish:

  • Sequoia Lodge (3 Star) from 160 Euros per night
  • Hotel New York (4 Star) from 171 Euros per night
  • Newport Bay Club (4 Star) from 183 Euros per night

Hotel rates include breakfast which will be served at the hotel you select.
VAT will be charged @ 10%. A local tax of up to 2.48 Euros per night will also be applied for 4 star and 1.65 Euros per night for 3 star.

What other charges are there?

Incidental costs such drinks from the bar or room service will need to be settled directly with Disneyland Paris. To make purchases in the resort a Disney Charge Card can be requested during check-in.

What forms of payment do you accept for Atmosphere?

Only credit card payments are accepted. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

I’m an HPE or Aruba reseller/partner engineer. Which conference should I sign up for?

Airheads@Atmosphere is specifically for engineers. Airheads encompasses both partner and customer mobility experts coming together to learn and share. You can extend your Airheads attendance with one of the Training sessions we host on Sunday-Monday. The training sessions run in parallel so you can only choose 1 training.

Partners@Atmosphere is designed for Aruba channel partner business professionals such as sales, marketing and business managers/owners.

Partners registering for Airheads (with or without extra Training option) are able to attend Partner Track sessions, you will not have to register for Partner Track separately.
Partners registering for Partner Track are able to attend Airheads sessions, you will not have to register for Airheads separately.

I’m an HPE or Aruba reseller/partner. Will I receive Knowledge Credits for attending Atmosphere?

Yes, if you are eligible for Knowledge Credits and working for a Partner Ready for a Networking partner or a Networking distributor (final or candidate).

You will receive Knowledge Credits based on the track you register and attend:

  • Aruba – EMEA Atmosphere 2017 – Partner Track: 10 Networking Knowledge Credits
  • Aruba – EMEA Atmosphere 2017 – Airheads: 15 Networking Knowledge Credits
  • Aruba – EMEA Atmosphere 2017 – Technical Training + Airheads: 25 Networking Knowledge Credits
Can I register for more than one training session?

The training sessions run in parallel so you will only be able to choose 1 training session.

Can I attend the training or exam only without attending Airheads?

The Training and Exams are only available as an addition to your Airheads registration so you are not able to register for Training only.

Can I bring my family?

All hotel rooms are based upon single occupancy therefore any family registrations need to be booked directly with Disney using a separate site. Aruba HPE cannot guarantee family rooms or a hotel within close proximity to the conference.

Registration Deadline

Registration for EMEA Atmosphere 2017 will close on April 20th, 2017.

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
  • You may substitute your registration to another colleague within your company by sending an email to emeaatmosphere@groups.ext.hpe.com with the new registrant copied. Please note that the deadline for all transfers and edits is Thursday, April 20, 2017.
  • Registration cancellations received in writing by 11:59 PM CET on Sunday, April 23, 2017 will be refunded in full. Please email cancellation requests to emeaatmosphere@groups.ext.hpe.com.
  • Cancellations received on or after Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 12:00 AM CET will not be refunded, regardless of registration type.
Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?

No. Transport to/from Disneyland Paris are the responsibility of the attendee.

Airport transfers from Paris Charles De Gaulle or Orly can be booked directly using the MagicShuttle service. For further information please see: http://magicalshuttle.co.uk.

We do recommend travelling to Charles De Gaulle as the preferred route as transfers are significantly quicker.

How do I book my room?

You may reserve hotel accommodation during the registration process. We do have limited spaces in some hotels so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

What are the check-in/check-out times at the Disneyland Resort Hotels?

Check in is at 1600. Check out is 1100. Luggage storage is available if required.

What if I’m driving?

Participants who have accommodation in one of Disney hotels:
You will have free access parking at the hotel where you are staying (subject to availability)

For those who do not have any accommodation:
Please park in Disney’s New York Hotel as this hotel is exclusive use for ARUBA between May 8th and May 10th included – subjected to availability. Outside those dates, there are two car parks located close to the hotels : Vinci parking located in the Disney Village and Indigo parking located at the train station.

Can I bring a guest with me to any Atmosphere activities?

Atmosphere 2017 is an industry focused event. All attendees must be registered in advance and those attending any part of the programme will be required to wear their attendee badge for access to all events. Please contact the event helpdesk if you have any queries.

Guests may not attend any other portion of the conference, including meals, keynote sessions, breaks, breakout sessions, and other official social activities. Please contact the event helpdesk for further information.

Passports and Visas

Government issued ID is required for all delegates. Passports (with at least 6-months validity remaining) are required for all guests outside the European Union.

A Visa letter can be applied for during the registration process. Please ensure you enter the full start and end date of the Visa request period. Visa requests will not be processed prior to completion of the full registration process including payment. If you are unable to gain a Visa all delegate fees will be returned in full.

Aruba HPE retains the right to not process a Visa request and will return all delegate fees paid during the registration process should the situation arise. HPE Aruba takes no responsibility for any monies paid directly to Disneyland Paris or any of its subsidiaries or contracted 3rd parties.
