About Atmosphere Local

Atmosphere Local is a series of one-day events that bring the best of the global Atmosphere 2017 tour to a city near you. These events are free to attend.

Network engineers, architects, managers, administrators, security specialists, and managers will benefit most from the technical content presented on the Airheads track. Employees of Aruba’s value-added resellers will benefit most from the solutions-focused content on our Partners track.

Both tracks are taught by Aruba product experts from corporate and local teams.

    If you’ve mastered 802.11ac, it’s time think about what’s next: 802.11ax. The challenge to be mastered by next-generation Wi-Fi systems is the degradation to system efficiency due to dense deployments, and due to network traffic with a preponderance of short data frames (e.g. Voice-over-Wi-Fi).  Enhancements in 802.11ax spec for PHY and MAC tackle the problem with Uplink MU-MIMO, Downlink and Uplink OFDMA, and Spatial Reuse to improve spectral efficiency and density. Is there a fee to attend?

No, this is a free event for qualified partner salespeople and engineers, Aruba customers and prospects.

What catering will be provided?

In all cities, there will be a light breakfast on arrival, lunch and afternoon tea. There is also a networking function at the end of the day where canapes will be served.

Do you validate parking?

At this stage we are unable to confirm parking validation or discounts. Parking access and discounts will be communicated prior to each event as part of our registration confirmation email.

I will be travelling from Interstate, are there recommended Hotels and rates?

Registration for each city will remain open until capacity is reached. Space is limited!
