Take Advantage of the Perfect Storm: The New Network Edge for Mobile and IoT
Mobile and IoT are forcing IT leaders to re-think their wired and wireless network edge. At work, GenMobile demands a richer mobile experience than ever before, and business leaders demand faster adoption of IoT to revamp their business operations. To meet the challenge, networking technology has to be easier to adopt with different consumption models, and provide actionable insights about the use of mobile and IoT at the digital workplace to justify future investments. Join business and technology leaders from Aruba to discuss how our new Partner Ready for Networking program will improve the speed of us doing business together, and how the architectural evolution of Aruba’s product portfolio across three pillars will help you create new profitable practices and lead your respective markets against the competition.
New Partner Ready for Networking Program
We have taken the best of HPE and Aruba to create a new streamlined partner program for the fast-growth mobile first market that rewards investment in selling the full HPE Aruba networking portfolio and specializations for next-generation networking. Learn how the NEW program can help you drive revenues and deliver predicable profitability coupled with the new service, sales and marketing tools for enabling partners.
Digital Workplace Selling
In this interactive session, you will learn how to pitch Aruba’s mobility solutions and engage your prospects using a whiteboard. At the end of this session, you will be able to effectively present solutions relevant to your customers’ business in a short conversation.
These sessions are intended for technical personnel from Aruba’s customers and partners.
Blueprint for Mobile First Network
The GenMobile workforce and Internet of Things (IoT) are creating new opportunities and challenges for IT as they try to navigate the digital workforce. In this session, we give you a blueprint of sorts. You’ll learn how to: create and maintain stable Wi-Fi coupled with a wired network that’s equally smart, gain deeper visibility into the end-to-end user experience, and securely support BYOD and IoT.
Mobility Experience and Network Health Check with New Network Insights
In a mobile first environment, breadth and depth of visibility into users, clients, applications, RF and non-RF elements that impact user experience are a must. Learn how Aruba AirWave delivers powerful network health assurance with advanced monitoring capabilities to eliminate problems before they occur, and the intelligence to troubleshoot rapidly and get users back to business faster.
Best practices to secure the wired edge
Is your wireless network more secure than your wired network? In this session, we’ll discuss how to use industry standard techniques to provide secure wired access. This includes using policies and RADIUS/RADIUS CoA to ensure that ports used for Wi-Fi APs, IoT devices, printers and IP phones are protected against unwanted use by employees, guests, and contractors. We will also discuss our new OnConnect technology for environments that are not quite ready for AAA. The days of dedicated ports assigned to VLANs are over. These techniques work across popular wired infrastructure from Aruba, HPE, Cisco, and others.
Enhancing access security using Aruba ClearPass Exchange
As billions of devices connect to enterprise networks, IT is struggling to gain more visibility and control using multiple, disparate security systems and management tools. ClearPass Exchange fixes this problem by acting as a central enforcement decision point, providing context for a unified network access defense for wired and wireless access. You’ll also learn about new methods to integrate with 3rd party systems using our new ClearPass Extensions. With ClearPass Exchange and Extensions, you can now deploy and use endpoint, multi-factor authentication, traffic inspection and data visibility solutions for mobile workforce productivity and threat prevention.
