As an Atmosphere registrant, how do I get a refund for the ATM conference pass if I paid by credit card?

To request a refund for your conference registration fee, please contact the help desk at: atmospherehelp@rockitevents.net to receive the appropriate refund form. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to the same credit card used for payment. All refund requests must be received by April 10, 2020.

As an Atmosphere registrant, how do I get a refund for the ATM conference pass if I paid via SKU?

If you paid for your conference pass via SKU, to request a refund for your conference registration fee, please contact the help desk at: atmospherehelp@rockitevents.net to receive the appropriate refund form. Once you have completed the refund request form for SKUs, please contact the partner or distributor that you purchased the SKU from to initiate the RMA process for your return. All RMA requests for ATM20 SKU’s must be received by April 10, 2020.

I booked a hotel through the Atmosphere conference website, how do I receive a refund?

The Atmosphere team is releasing all hotel rooms booked through the conference website, including all nights booked pre and post conference. You will receive a hotel reservation cancellation email and will not be charged for the hotel stay. If a deposit has been made, you will be refunded your hotel deposit in the same form of payment used to book the reservation.
ATTENDEES: If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, you may call Harrah’s at 1-888-458-8471 to request your confirmation.
EMPLOYEES: If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, you may call Flamingo at 1-888-373-9855 to request your confirmation.

What if I paid for housing via SKU?

If you paid for housing via SKU, the Atmosphere team will be cancelling the reservation on your behalf. Please contact the partner or distributor that you purchased the SKU from to initiate the RMA process for your return. All RMA requests for ATM20 SKU’s must be received by April 10, 2020.

I booked a hotel through the Atmosphere website, can I still keep the hotel?

No, the Atmosphere team is releasing all hotel rooms booked through the Atmosphere hotel block. You will receive a hotel reservation cancellation email. If you still plan to travel to Las Vegas, you will need to rebook a hotel room on your own. Harrah’s Hotel and Casino is offering the same conference rate to anyone who would like to rebook, please contact the hotel directly to receive this rate.

I booked a hotel in Las Vegas on my own (not through the Atmosphere website). Will I receive a refund?

We recommend reaching out to the hotel directly to cancel your reservation and pursue a refund. Because the Atmosphere team did not book your hotel, we can’t help you cancel it. Refunds are at the discretion of the individual hotel and Atmosphere isn’t covering fees associated with non-refundable hotel reservations.

Will I be reimbursed for my lost travel and accommodation costs?

The Atmosphere team will be cancelling all attendee hotel reservations made through the conference website. You will need to cancel any other accommodations or travel reservations separately and are responsible for any associated fees.

Will Atmosphere Las Vegas be rescheduled to another date?

Atmosphere 2020 will take place online, rather than a physical event this year. We will be offering as much of the content as we had planned for the physical event, at a later date. With so many technologies to announce and explore, we hope you’ll join us for an exciting online event.

What is happening to the breakout sessions that would have been presented at Atmosphere 2020?

We are intending to make many of the presentations that would have been given at ATM 2020 available online. We will be sending out an announcement when presentations will be available.

Can I view the live stream and online sessions if I didn’t register for the Atmosphere conference?

We will make sessions free to access, but you will need to register. We will announce more details on how to register in the coming days.

Will training be offered as part of the ATM Digital event?

No, training will not be offered as part of the ATM Digital event. However, if you are interested in Aruba certification training, you can find training courses offered by Aruba and our training partners by visiting this web page:

No, exams will not be offered as part of the ATM Digital event. However, you can find other venues for certification exams at this web page:

Are you still planning to hold Atmosphere EMEA and APJ?

No. At this time, we do not plan to hold in-person events. We encourage Airheads around the world to join us for the global ATM Digital virtual event.

I was scheduled to give a session – now what?

The Atmosphere content team will be reaching out to you in the coming days with details on next steps. Our intent is to have speakers record their sessions and we will post those sessions online.
