Atmosphere 2020 will be held at the new Caesars Forum conference center. Caesars Forum, just off the Las Vegas Strip and The LINQ Promenade, is perfectly located with direct access to Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Caesars Forum conference center is the newest addition to the Caesars Entertainment family.

Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino
You can request a sleeping room in the Atmosphere room block at the Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino during the registration process. Hotel reservations can only be made once your registration form has been completed. Harrah’s room rates start at $169/night + applicable hotel fees and taxes.

McCarran International Airport is the primary commercial airport serving the Las Vegas Valley, a major metropolitan area in the U.S. state of Nevada. It is located in Paradise, about 5 miles south of Downtown Las Vegas.
By Lyft/Uber
Lyft and Uber are currently authorized to provide ride sharing services at the LAS airport. Simply arrange for a ride using the app on your smart phone or mobile device.
By Taxicab
Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.
