An avid fitness enthusiast, Phil has competed in several triathlon events for charity, including the World Ironman Championships in Kona, Hawaii. When Phil isn’t busy running races, he keeps plenty busy running successful teams and businesses, most recently leading the global Communications Technology Group at HPE. At Aruba, Phil is responsible for delivering innovative solutions for the edge-centric, cloud-enabled, and data-driven enterprises of the future.

Prior to joining Aruba, David founded Silver Peak in 2004, building an industry leading WAN edge infrastructure company on the premise of enabling customers to build a better WAN. A holder of 50+ patents, David is responsible for accelerating the company’s edge-to-cloud strategy, currently leading the team responsible for the technology vision and strategy for Aruba. Outside of work, David, a father of two, enjoys cooking, gardening, sailing and following his home country rugby team the New Zealand All Blacks.

Alain is a Road World Cycling Champion – well, at least that's how he feels when he's climbing trails and switching gears. There's just something to be said about cycling's test of physical and mental endurance, and the drive that's gained from it. Alain has pedaled his way through numerous leadership positions within HPE, and now serves as Head of Worldwide Sales for Aruba, responsible for building a high-growth business. Based in Paris with his wife and family, Alain is an avid traveler with a keen appreciation for history, global culture and to no one's surprise, fine wine.

Jeff has a passion for building things and understands a good project requires equal parts of vision and execution. As Head of Strategy, Corporate Development, and Business Development, he's responsible for crafting and executing Aruba's growth and M&A strategy and partnership programs, working to identify new opportunities and developing the strategic vision for new areas of business. Jeff's perspective stems from his days as an engineer, an equity research analyst, and a corporate venture investor. He's an amateur fabricator and car nut and can be found wrenching on his rides while he contemplates Aruba's next move.

Sudakshina is Head of Human Resources, leading a team that focuses on our people and culture – attracting the best Talent and striving to create a best-in-class Team Member experience for all Arubans worldwide. Additionally, she heads HR for HPE Storage, Compute as well as High Performance Compute, AI & HPE Labs. Having lived and worked across multiple countries, Sudakshina enjoys meeting people across cultures and learning about their history, art and cuisine. Sudakshina is a food, wine and music enthusiast – you will find her trying out new recipes, baking theme cakes for her kids’ birthdays, and enjoying music or a good conversation, of course with a glass of red!
A business consultant at heart, Sudakshina has held global HR leadership roles in HPE across Regions and Business Units, as well as various roles in Business Consulting and Talent across Deloitte Consulting, Accenture and Infosys. Sudakshina holds a Masters degree from Columbia University, New York as well as a Masters in HRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. Sudakshina is passionate about developing talent and culture strategies focused on long term value creation and mentoring young talent. Sudakshina lives in the Bay Area, and in her free time she and her husband love watching stand-up comedy, traveling and making memories with two elementary school kids.

A fixer upper in her off hours, Sylvia is responsible for leading Aruba’s global Marketing organization. With a wide-range of experience under her toolbelt, she has held positions in field marketing, PR/AR, global campaigns, product management and product marketing, channel marketing, and corporate marketing. As Head of Marketing, Sylvia is responsible for Aruba's end-to-end marketing practice with a focus on driving Aruba’s awareness and brand narrative, as well as scaling its demand generation presence with an emphasis on modern marketing tactics. How does she keep things fresh? She’s raising teenage boys so she’s up with the times.

Ash has acquired a strong appreciation for the art and science behind red wine. As Head of Software Engineering, Ash is responsible for all wireless, switching, SD-Branch, cloud and security software. His previous experience as an Aruba executive and his extensive background in product management makes the perfect blend of leadership and technical prowess. He received his MBA from Pepperdine University and can be found rocking out to iconic bands like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin…while drinking fine wine, of course.

Brian is a 25-year HPE veteran and counting, CSU Sacramento graduate and golf enthusiast. As Head of Hardware Engineering, Brian is responsible for leading Aruba's ASIC and Hardware platforms. Prior to this, he also led HPE's ASIC and Hardware teams over a span of 13 years. While two times may not be a charm on the golf course, Brian's leadership skills and extensive background in engineering are the par-fect addition to drive Aruba's Hardware teams to success. No ifs, ands or putts. Aside from golfing, Brian also enjoys fishing and cycling in his spare time. Did we mention he likes golf?

Mike leads the organization responsible for Aruba’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including Sales & Operations Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, Order Management & Care, Regional Operations & Fulfillment, Manufacturing Engineering, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, and our Supply Chain Strategy & Program Management teams. Prior to Aruba, Mike worked at NetApp for 12+ years leading the company’s Supply Chain organization, and held similar positions at Maxtor and Quantum, leading Supply Chain Strategy and Operational teams over a 10+ year period. He also lived and worked in Japan for Mitsui and Company. He’s an avid long-distance runner and has completed several marathons, including the Sydney and Boston Marathons. He also enjoys skiing, though he now struggles to keep up with his 14-year-old son who competes on Northstar’s Mogul team.

Richard leads HPE Aruba’s Global Services, Support and Operations organization, a foundational element of the customer and partner experience. With nearly 20 years in customer facing roles, time spent as a leader in HPE’s Transformation Office and former Chief of Staff to HPE’s President & CEO Antonio Neri, Richard is uniquely positioned to lead a global team of experts to deliver the ‘final mile’ of Aruba’s customer-first, customer-last philosophy. After several years living in the Bay Area, Richard returned to live in the UK with his wife and three daughters. Whenever possible, he likes to indulge his passion for sports and travel.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology, media, and telecom industries, Andrew has a proven track record in leading strategy, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and divestments and integrations. At Aruba, he is responsible for ensuring the organization is fiscally aligned to HPE’s strategy and well positioned to execute strategic initiatives in growth areas. His experience spans from large corporations to early-stage startups to venture capital investing. Having lived in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States, Andrew has a profound appreciation for diversity and has developed critical skills to lead and motivate at all levels of the organization across multi-cultural teams and multi-functional divisions. He is a qualified SCUBA instructor and Divemaster, and enjoys extreme winter and summer sports and cheering alongside his wife while watching his two children play water polo and volleyball.

Gonzalo evaluates legal risks and business strategy while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements worldwide. Before joining the HPE family, he worked as in-house counsel for EDS, and after that, in private practice at Estudio Millé, an IP boutique law firm in Argentina. He was retained by HP in 2005 as country counsel for Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, before accepting the position of MCA (Central and South America, excluding Brazil) Legal Director. He relocated to the U.S. in 2014 to lead the worldwide Channel Partner team, and thereafter, took the position of Associate General Counsel supporting Aruba. Gonzalo enjoys windsurfing, windfoiling, skiing, and travelling with his family.

Lily, in addition to her Chief of Staff responsibilities, leads pan-Aruba programs and the Transformation Office. An avid sports fan and fitness enthusiast, Lily is competitive, and not only on the tennis court. Her will to win is contagious. With her background in strategy, operations, customer experience, and human resources, Lily ensures we have a well-rounded approach to our business performance, customers, team members, our environment, and our communities. She doesn’t like to settle for average, she does want us to always have that competitive edge!

Abhi has +25 years of experience in driving major transformations through leadership roles at Dell, HP, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Abhi joined HPE in 2014 as part of corporate strategy team and in partnership with the office of the CEO helped set the direction of the company. Since 2016 Abhi led defining HPE Aruba’s vision to grow the business unit from $750M, at time of acquisition in 2015, to $5B in bookings through go-to-market transformation – a goal accomplished and celebrated in 2022. In his current role Abhi leads defining the next phase of HPE Aruba’s journey and implementation plans partnering closely with the members of ELT and their teams. While not thinking about next moves of the company, Abhi is either hiking in a national park or reading The Economist or National Geographic or watching Kurosawa or Satyajit Ray movies.
