Guests of Atmosphere 2019 EMEA attendees may attend the appreciation party on Thursday night for a fee of EUR 100.00. This fee is charged during registration. Guests may not attend any other portion of the conference, including meals, keynote sessions, breaks, breakout sessions, and other official social activities. Please note that due to the availability of alcohol, minors under eighteen are unable to attend any part of the conference program.

Can I bring my family?

Yes! Amadria Park is a lovely family friendly destination. However, please note that no one under eighteen years can stay at either the Hotel Ivan or Hotel Jure during the main event dates (Tuesday 11 June – Friday 14 June 2019) as these hotels are booked exclusively for the event and leisure facilities will not be in normal operating service. The public areas are being utilised for business functions and as such, only registered attendees will be permitted in these hotels with official conference identification.

If you require a family room, these are only available at the Hotel Andrija and supplementary costs must be paid directly to the hotel. Please contact the Aruba Event Team for further information on how to book a family room.

Will there be training and exams offered?

Both Technical Training and Exams are offered.

In this course, participants learn about ArubaOS switch technologies including: VLANs, securing access, redundancy technologies such as MSTP, link aggregation techniques including LACP, and switch virtualization with Aruba’s Virtual Switching Framework (VSF). You will also learn about IP Routing including static and dynamic IP routing with OSPF.

Two ACDX exams will be offered on Monday 10 June, and Tuesday 11 June from 8:00 to 18:15. Please note that you must have an active ACMP certification to be considered for the exam and the Aruba Training team will confirm whether your application to sit an exam is validated. A separate confirmation will be sent to you directly by the Training team.

Why is there only ACDX as part of the certified testing track this year?

Due to this year’s location limitations, we are not able to deliver hands-on expert exams (ACCX/ ACMX). Nevertheless, we have added virtual expert exams (ACDX) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

If you would like to take ACCX/ ACMX please visit the EMEA calendar of exams: ACMX | ACCX.

How do the 2-day technical training sessions relate to official certifications?

The 2-days technical training sessions offered during the event help in getting the necessary knowledge on a certain product. They do not cover the full 5-days content which is necessary for P- professional level certifications.

We have added the modules to each 2-days technical training session, so you can get a hold of the exact content you will be able to follow.

Are there Knowledge Credits offered for Partners attending EMEA Atmosphere?

During EMEA Atmosphere, partners will be able to collect the below Networking KCs:

  • EMEA Atmosphere 2018 – Technical Training (including Airheads Track): 50 Networking KCs
