Atmosphere Meetups are a series of one-day events that bring the best of Atmosphere 2023 to a city near you. These events are free to attend.
Network engineers, architects, managers, administrators, security specialists, and managers will benefit most from the technical content presented on the Airheads track. Employees of HPE Aruba Networking’s value-added resellers will benefit most from the solutions-focused content on our Partners track. Both tracks are taught by HPE Aruba Networking subject matter experts and local teams.

- Can I attend more than one city?
Yes! To register for another city, simply sign up via the registration portal and select the city.
- I am a public-sector employee. Can I attend this event?
Yes! We would love to host you. However, HPE’s gift policy does not allow for employees of a Canadian Public Sector customer to receive any items of value from HPE. All Canadian Public Sector customers must pay fair market value for items offered at this event. HPE will accept pre-payment, payment onsite, or you can choose to decline the amenities. For questions or to prepay for amenities, please contact kamila.sicoli@hpe.com.
- Is breakfast served?
Yes, a light continental breakfast will be served at each event. Employees of a Canadian Public Sector customer are required to pay the fair market value for any amenity provided by HPE per HPE’s compliance regulations, including meals, or opt out.
- Is lunch served?
Yes, lunch will be served at each event. Employees of a Canadian Public Sector customer are required to pay the fair market value for any amenity provided by HPE per HPE’s compliance regulations, including meals, or opt out.
- Is there a fee to attend this event?
This is a free event for qualified partner salespeople and engineers, HPE Aruba Networking customers, and prospects.
- Do you validate parking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking at all locations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- When does registration close?
Registration for each city will remain open until capacity is reached. Space is limited so register early!
- What if I need to cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration, please email kamila.sicoli@hpe.com.
- Can I bring a guest?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a colleague with you who would find the event relevant to their role. They may register online or onsite.
- How do I communicate my dietary restrictions?
Please communicate any dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate.
- What is the dress code?
The recommended dress code is business casual to casual, though we welcome all fashion choices!
- What is your COVID safety policy?
We look forward to you joining us on our Atmosphere Meetup Roadshow, and HPE Aruba Networking is working to ensure the event is safe and secure. Our ‘Duty of Care’ pledge is to keep all attendees, team members, and any supporting vendors at the event as safe as possible by following health and safety best practices.
- If fully vaccinated—May attend the event with no additional measures needed before arrival.
- If un-vaccinated or not fully vaccinated (i.e. between doses or within 14 day waiting period after final dose)—Must take a COVID-19 test no more than 48 hours before arrival to the venue. The result of the test must be negative in order to attend.
