Purchasing training credits from Aruba
Aruba offers training credits for you to purchase and apply to the course of your choice. Each course has a specified number of training credits. Use your purchased credits for any of the offered Aruba classes. Training credits are available for customers and partners and must be used within one-year of their purchase.
1. Why training credits?
Using Training credits gives you maximum flexibility for your course selection. With a Training credit system, you are not locked into any single class. If today you are not sure what class you want or need to take, simply purchase Training credits now and decide later what course to take. The same Training credits apply to any class. Just be sure you meet the course prerequisites before registering for them.
2. How many training credits do I need?
Different courses require different levels of training credits. Please see the price list at the bottom of this page for training credit pricing in your region.
3. How long do the credits last?
Unfortunately, Training credits expire just like milk, only a little slower. Your Training credits must be applied to a course registration within one-year of their purchase and for training that takes place before expiration.
Aruba Training Credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. All Aruba Training Credits must be redeemed, and training must be completed, prior to the end of the 12-month period following the date of purchase.

Training credits can be purchased by submitting a purchase order to your Aruba distributor for part number H1EJ9E.

6. After I purchase training credits through a distributor or reseller how do I receive my order?
The distributor or reseller will receive a request from the Fixed Support team to register and activate the training credits. This is necessary to ensure the Aruba training team can view the end customer information and issue a training credit welcome email. If action is not taken by the distributor or reseller, the training team has no way to tie back the training credit purchase to the rightful end customer, therefore the welcome letter will be sent to the distributor or the reseller to deliver to the rightful end customer. End customers should ask their reseller or distributor for assistance in providing the HPE Order ID associated with their purchase. This ID can be used to locate training credits, even if they have not been registered. For questions about training credit balances, please contact arubatraining@hpe.com with the HPE Order ID.
7. Can I use my Aruba training credits towards training at Atmosphere or other HPE events?
No, Aruba training credits are for the sole use of training with Aruba Education Services and our Authorized Training Centers.
8. Cancellation Policy
Learners can reschedule their class or receive a full refund if the class start date is outside of 14 calendar days and the payment method received will be applied to the new class. There will be no refund if a rescheduling or cancellation request is made within 14 calendar days of the class start date.
