Antonio Neri

Antonio Neri is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), responsible for leading the development and delivery of enterprise technology solutions and services that help organizations accelerate outcomes by unlocking value from all of their data, everywhere.

Since being named CEO in February 2018, Antonio has leveraged his deep experience as a business leader and technologist to transform HPE into the global edge-to-cloud company. He has led the introduction of leading innovations such as HPE GreenLake, the company’s unified, automated, and secure hybrid-cloud experience, and Frontier, the world’s first supercomputer to break the exascale speed barrier.

Antonio has accelerated the company’s innovation organically and through acquisitions, including Athonet, Axis Security, Cray, Determined AI, Pachyderm, Silver Peak, and Zerto, among others.

Under his leadership, HPE has also achieved its highest level of team member engagement in company history and has been recognized as a great place to work, including ranking #19 in Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® 2022.

Prior to his role as CEO, Antonio spent more than 20 years at Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) and HPE, holding numerous leadership positions, including President; Executive Vice President & General Manager of HPE’s Enterprise Group; leader of HP’s Server and Networking business; and head of HP’s Technology Services business.

Antonio currently serves on the Board of Directors of Elevance Health, Inc. (formerly Anthem, Inc.) and on ROKiT Venturi Racing’s Advisory Board. He also serves on the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum and on the Technology Committee of the Business Roundtable.

Phil Mottram

Phil Mottram is Executive Vice President and GM, HPE Intelligent Edge business. An avid fitness enthusiast, Phil has competed in several triathlon events for charity, including the World Ironman Championships in Kona, Hawaii. When Phil isn’t busy running races, he keeps plenty busy running successful teams and businesses, most recently leading the global Communications Technology Group at HPE. At HPE Aruba Networking, Phil is responsible for delivering innovative solutions for the edge-centric, cloud-enabled, and data-driven enterprises of the future.

David Hughes

David Hughes

David Hughes is Chief Product and Technology Officer. Prior to joining HPE Aruba Networking, David founded Silver Peak in 2004, building an industry leading WAN edge infrastructure company on the premise of enabling customers to build a better WAN. A holder of 50+ patents, David is responsible for accelerating the company’s edge-to-cloud strategy, currently leading the team responsible for the technology vision and strategy for HPE Aruba Networking. Outside of work, David, a father of two, enjoys cooking, gardening, sailing and following his home country rugby team the New Zealand All Blacks.

Jon Green

Jon Green

Jon Green is Chief Security Officer for HPE Aruba Networking. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information and product security as well as guiding the strategic vision for security technologies within the company’s products and services. Jon joined HPE Aruba Networking in 2003 and helped it grow from a small startup to today’s position as a leading provider of secure network solutions.  Prior to HPE Aruba Networking, Jon held product management, marketing, and sales positions with Foundry Networks, Atrica, Nortel Networks, and Bay Networks.  Jon holds a B.S. in Information Security from Western Governor’s University, a M.S. in Computer Science/Information Security from James Madison University, and CISSP, CISM, and CCSP certifications.  Outside of work, he is a commercial-rated airplane pilot and flight instructor, an aspiring banjo player, and a competition barbecue judge.

James Robertson

James Robertson

James Robertson serves as part of the Industry Executive Group within the Office of the CTO. In his role, James helps to enhance strategic and thought leadership between HPE Aruba Networking, its partners and customers, that further strengthens our “Customer First, Customer Last” philosophy. James joined HPE Aruba Networking in 2019 after a successful career in the media and entertainment industry where he held numerous operational, engineering, and executive roles across multiple disciplines including infrastructure, networking, IT security, satellite operations and broadcasting. James has also been responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of multiple large-scale building and campus technology architectures from New York to L.A. and London to Hong Kong as well as across the Middle East.

Sylvia Hooks

Sylvia Hooks is Vice President, Edge to Cloud Integrated Marketing. With a wide range of experience under her toolbelt, she has held positions in field marketing, PR/AR, global campaigns, product management and product marketing, channel marketing, and corporate marketing. As VP of Edge to Cloud Integrated Marketing, Sylvia is responsible for end-to-end marketing with a focus on driving brand awareness and narrative, as well as scaling its demand generation presence with an emphasis on modern marketing tactics. How does she keep things fresh? She’s raising teenage boys so she’s up with the times.

Dor Knafo

Dor Knafo

Dor Knafo is the Co-Founder, CEO & Board Member at Axis Security (recently acquired by HPE Aruba Networking). Prior to Axis, he was a Senior Security Researcher at Symantec, joining the company when Fireglass, an innovative browser isolation solution, was acquired by Symantec. Dor started his career as a Senior Software Engineer within the Israel Defense Forces working in the acclaimed Unit 8200. During his time working in Unit 8200 he met his co-founders Gil Azrielant, Co-Founder & CTO at Axis, and Shuky Chen, Co-Founder & CPO at Axis.

Karim El Malki

Karim El Malki

Karim El Malki is the chief strategy officer and co-founder of Athonet. He has over 25 years of experience in IP mobile networks. Karim was previously a lecturer and research fellow in mobile communications at the University of Sheffield and worked on the some of the earliest 2G/3G mobile data networks for Ericsson in Sweden. He holds a degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Telecommunications/Computer Science.

Keven McCammon Head

Keven McCammon Head

Keven McCammon Head, Global Infrastructure Operations for Henkel Corporation based in North America is married with 2 daughters and 3 grandsons.  He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with the family at the beach.  He has spent the last 40+ years in the Network and Data Center environment in multiple industries (Finance, Consumer Products, Hyperscale, Nuclear Utilities, Government, etc) designing and building local, regional, and international networks and Data Center operations. He led the building of a non-profit rural high speed fiber network to provide high speed Internet to the underserved rural areas, including schools, in NC.  He worked for a Social Media company in their early beginnings to lay the foundation for their Data Center Global environment.  He is most excited about his current work at Henkel to transform the Network and Data Center environment from an outsourced managed service operations to a Hybird insourced model with products like Aruba Central/HP Greenlake to create a single pane view of the Henkel Global enterprise environment across 65 countries and 460+ locations for their new operations team to manage in a proactive and cost-effective manner.

Soni Jiandani

Soni Jiandani

Soni Jiandani is Corporate Vice President of the AMD Networking Technology and Solutions Group where she has responsibility for all business and customer-related activities including Partnerships, Worldwide Sales, and Marketing, Product Management, and Support.

Prior to AMD

Soni was previously Chief Business Officer and Co-founder of Pensando Systems.  The company was acquired by AMD in June of 2022 for $1.9Bn and now operates as the AMD Networking Solutions Group.  A serial entrepreneur, Soni has driven multiple multi-billion dollar technology transitions through successful startups she has co-founded as part of Silicon Valley’s legendary MPLS team.

Soni was born and raised in India and went to England for her higher education.  Throughout her career she has continuously evangelized and supported women as leaders in the technology sector, regularly returning to India to encourage the next generation of Indian women in STEM.

Married, with two children Soni lives in California with her family and holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of London.

As a Technology VP of Infrastructure and Operations at CarMax Ken Shaffer works with his teams to strengthen business opportunities through strategic technology planning and execution.  Ken considers all aspects of how technology can impact CarMax’s business today and how technology will be pivotal for transforming and sustaining CarMax’s future. Ken has maximized leading-edge technologies and leveraged the relationships with his business partners to ensure CarMax maintains a competitive edge while remaining customer focused.  Driving success through establishing standards, and leveraging automation while being adaptable to the rapidly changing technology landscape and business requirements has proven successful.

Jayant Tulsiani

Jayant Tulsiani is Vice President at DXC Technology and Global Network Services Lead. At DXC, Jayant is accountable for Network P&L and is focused on delivering end-to-end network services across 3 broad offerings – Network Consulting and Advisory, Network Modernization and Network Reliability Operations.

Jayant has over 26 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud & Network technologies. Jayant has played multiple global leadership roles - led very large global transformation and operations teams and served 100’s of customers as part of his career journey. He has been a hands-on industry leader having strong visionary & execution skills with strong focus on delivering value for customers & his teams. Prior to DXC, Jayant has held leadership positions across organizations like Accenture, Infosys and Wipro.
