- Aruba OS-CX Switching Fundamentals (condensed)
Instructor-led training sessions at Atmosphere feature condensed versions of our 3 to 5-day certification courses. Content covers introductory material and subset of modules and lab exercises chosen by our best instructors from around the world.
The Aruba OS-CX Switching Fundamentals (CXF) course teaches you the fundamental skills necessary to configure and manage modern, open standards-based networking solutions using Aruba's OS-CX routing and switching technologies. This course consists of approximately 60% lecture and 40% hands-on lab exercises to help you learn how to implement and validate small to medium enterprise network solutions. This course prepares network professionals for the Aruba Certified Switching Associate exam.
In this course, participants learn about Aruba OS-CX switch technologies including: Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), secure access using features like dynamic segmentation, redundancy technologies such as Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP), link aggregation techniques including Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), and switch virtualization with Aruba's Virtual Switching work (VSF). You also learn about IP Routing including static and dynamic IP routing with Open Shortest Path First (OSPF). This course prepares students for the new CX switching-based ACSA certification (Exam Code: HPE6-A72).

- Implementing Aruba OS-CX Switching (condensed)

The Implementing Aruba OS-CX Switching (ICX) course teaches you the advanced skills necessary to implement and operate enterprise level Aruba campus switching solutions. You will build on the skills you learned at the Associate level to configure and manage modern, open standards-based networking solutions using Aruba's OS-CX routing and switching technologies. In this course, participants learn about Aruba OS-CX switch technologies including: securing port access with Aruba's dynamic segmentation, redundancy technologies such as Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP), link aggregation techniques including Link Aggregation Protocol (LACP) and switch virtualization with Aruba's Virtual Switching Extension (VSX) and Aruba's Virtual Switching work (VSF). Using lecture and labs, this course provides the technical understanding and hands-on experience of configuring a single Mobility Conductor with one controller and AP Aruba WLAN. Participants will learn how to use Aruba hardware and Aruba OS to install and build a complete, secure controller network with multiple SSIDs. This course provides the underlying material required to prepare candidates for the Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) certification exam.

The Implementing Aruba Mobility, Rev. 20.11 (IAM) course teaches the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to set up and configure advanced features on Aruba WLAN utilizing the AOS 8.X architecture and features. This course includes lectures and labs which provide the technical understanding and hands-on experience of configuring a redundant Mobility Conductor with two controllers and two APs. Participants will learn how install a redundant Aruba WLAN network with clustering while using many features like Multizone for guest access, voice optimization and tunneled node. This course includes the AirWave management system and troubleshooting commands. The SWDI course provides the underlying material required to prepare candidates for the Aruba Certified Mobility Professional Exam.
Typical candidates for this course are IT professionals who deploy Aruba WLAN with advanced features and individuals who need a basic understanding of AirWave.

- Aruba Network Security Fundamentals (condensed)

The Aruba Network Security Fundamentals (NSF) course covers foundational security concepts. It describes common security threats and vulnerabilities and provides an overview of important security technologies. It teaches how to create a trusted network infrastructure with Aruba mobility solutions and switches. In addition to discussing device hardening, the course discusses implementing security at the edge with AAA, basic roles and firewall policies, dynamic segmentation, and endpoint classification. The course will further explain basic threat detection technologies and how to collect logs and alarms and use them to initiate an investigation.
This course prepares participants for the Aruba Certified Networking Security Associate (ACNSA) certification exam.
Ideal candidate for this course: A network or help desk engineer working in a customer or partner environment that has six months to a year of experience in networking in both wired and wireless environments.
- Aruba ClearPass Configuration (condensed)
Instructor-led training sessions at Atmosphere feature condensed versions of our 3 to 5-day certification courses. Content covers introductory material and subset of modules and lab exercises chosen by our best instructors from around the world.
The Aruba ClearPass Configuration course prepares participants with foundational skills in Network Access Control using the ClearPass product portfolio. This course includes both instructional modules and labs to teach participants about the major features of the ClearPass portfolio. Participants will learn how to set up ClearPass as an AAA server, and configure the Policy Manager, Guest, OnGuard and Onboard feature sets. In addition, this course covers integration with external Active Directory servers, Monitoring and Reporting, as well as deployment best practices. The student will gain insight into configuring authentication with ClearPass on both wired and wireless networks.
Ideal candidates include network administrators who are looking to build their foundational knowledge of the ClearPass product portfolio. This course would be beneficial for customers who are seeking greater knowledge of the ClearPass product that they have purchased. We recommend that students have at least an understanding of basic access layer networking, the function of ACL's and firewall rules.
- Aruba ClearPass Advanced Configuration (condensed)

This advanced course uses a real-world case study on which participants will learn how to design, deploy and troubleshoot several aspects of the ClearPass security product. This training is focused on active student participation, design exercises, introduction of new features and hands-on labs.
The lectures introduce different customer requirements and explain the fundamentals under the technologies required to fulfill them, while the lab guide displays the entire process from planning all the way up to implementation, testing and troubleshooting if required. The Managing Campus Networks with Aruba Central, Rev. 22.21 - AOS 8 course covers the campus cloud-based management system that lets you centrally manage and monitor wired and wireless networks. This course covers the Aruba Central management service and includes options for onboarding devices by managing Aruba Instant Access Points and Aruba switches both as a standalone customer or as an Managed Service Provider (MSP). Participants will view the advanced analytic services and connectivity health of devices and clients, providing insights into Wi-Fi analytics for smart business decisions. - Managing Aruba Cloud-Based Networks with Aruba Central (condensed)

This course teaches students how Aruba Central, Aruba’s cloud-based networking system, enables IT staff to manage and monitor both wired and wireless environments. - Advanced Management of Aruba Cloud-based Networks with Central
This course teaches students how Aruba Central services can improve network visibility, security, and automation. Students will learn how Client Insights gives the network administrator deep knowledge about the devices connected to the network and how they behave. Through the integration of Cloud Auth and cloud identity stores, such as Azure AD and Google Workspace, Aruba Central can provide user and client access policy on any managed network with no extra hardware or on-prem authentication server. Students will also learn more about the Aruba Central API options and capabilities.

The Configuring Data Center Networks with Aruba OS-CX (DCN) course provides you with the skills and knowledge to design, implement, and configure complex data center solutions based on the Aruba AOS-CX Switches.
Data center networks are at a breaking point. Aruba offers a new architectural approach that provides simplified, scalable and automated connectivity for virtualized compute, storage and cloud. Data center networking requirements have evolved rapidly, with emerging technologies increasingly focused on supporting more automation and simplified operations in virtualized data centers.
Aruba data center solutions and technologies such as Virtual Switching Extension (VSX) allow the grouping Data Center switches for simpler management, but keeping its control and data planes separate for better high availability. Ethernet Virtual Private Networks (EVPN) allows the creation of modern two-layered data centers for business resilience and high availability.
This course is approximately forty percent lecture and learning activities and sixty percent lab activities.

- Deploying Aruba SD-WAN Technologies
The Deploying Aruba SD-WAN Technologies course (formerly Silver Peak 202 – Deploying SD-WAN Technologies (DST)) is packed with hands-on labs. Each student will install and configure a software-defined WAN with an Orchestrator and EdgeConnect appliances in their own individual lab network.
Candidates for this course are networking IT professionals who are new to Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, or who need to reinforce their knowledge of its fundamental concepts and features. This course prepares networking IT professionals to take the Aruba Accredited SD-WAN Professional (AASP) accreditation assessment.
