- I'm an HPE or Aruba reseller/partner from Central Europe countries.
How can I sign up?
Partner engineers will benefit most from the Partner Tracks + Airheads Tracks. During
registration you will mark that you fully agree to pay 2 nights lodging fee when
you check into the hotel - the cost is 904 Euro including VAT for a single room for
two nights. You will reimburse the full amount when you claim it.
- How can Aruba employees attend Atmosphere?

- I am a public-sector employee. Can I attend this event?
Yes! We would love to host you. However, we need to get amenity approval upfront and
will confirm your attendance accordingly.
- Is breakfast served?
Yes, a light continental breakfast will be served at the event.
- Is lunch served?
Yes, lunch will be served at the event.
- Is there a fee to attend this event?

Yes, we are able to validate parking at the event location.
- When does registration close?
Registration for the event will remain open until capacity is reached. Space is

Yes! You are welcome to bring a colleague with you who would find the event relevant
to their role. They may register online.
- What is the dress code?
The recommended dress code is business casual to casual, though we welcome all
fashion choices!
- What are the registration fees?
This is a free event for qualified partner salespeople and engineers, HPE Aruba Networking customers and prospects.
- Regarding the accommodation and flight part joining from Central Europe countries, how is the process?
For customers coming from CE countries – We offer 2 nights - a single room - accommodation for them. They will be arriving in Istanbul on the 30th of May. When their participation is fully approved, they will get&fill a form regarding their flight details for their transfers from the airport and for their reservation at the hotel.
For partners joining from CE countries – They will pay 2 nights lodging when they check into the hotel - the cost is total 904 Euro including VAT for a single room for two nights. When their participation is fully approved, they will get&fill a form regarding their flight details for their transfers from the airport and for their reservation at the hotel. Partners will be arriving in Istanbul on the 30th of May as well. We accept payment by major credit cards. Partners will reimburse the full amount when they claim it. During online registration they should accept these terms and conditions.
The flight cost is totally being covered by all the attendees themselves.

Does Aruba offers include travel costs for the conference?
No. Airfare, rental car, and all transfers other than Airports transfers are the responsibility of the attendee.

- What airport should I fly into?
Istanbul Airport (Airport code: IST) or Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (Airport code: SAW) are two commercial airports serving Istanbul city. Istanbul Airport is on the European side whereas it is the same with the event's hotel, Swissotel The Bosphorus.
- How do I reach to my Hotel from Istanbul Airports?
City taxi is available at the airports, but we will be welcoming you at the airport and transfer you to your Hotel.
- Passports and Visas
Passports (with at least 6-months validity remaining) are required for all foreign guests. No visa needed from mostly from foreign guests coming from CE countries, but please check with your travel agency for your own country upfront.
- What are the check-in and check-out times at Swissotel The Bosphorus?
Check-in is at 14:00, Check-out is 12:00.
- Is there an age requirement to book a hotel room at Swissotel The Bosphorus?
