HPE Aruba Networking Secure Service Edge Integration with Aruba SD-Branch & Microbranch
The Aruba SD-Branch solution, part of Aruba’s Edge Services Platform (ESP), is a revolutionary approach to branch communications, especially when it comes to edge-to-cloud security. ESP provides a unified infrastructure with centralized management that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) for improved operational experience. This helps customers enable a Zero Trust security policy on their existing infrastructure.
Security is an integral part of the Aruba ESP solution. First, because the solution is built from the ground up to be completely policy-driven (or, in Aruba terms, role-based), facilitating the implementation of Zero Trust strategies. Secondly, because most branches will be directly exposed to the Internet, requiring very robust hardening policies. And lastly, due to the firm belief that “best-of-breed” layered security must apply to all users and locations.
This approach to security is further strengthened by HPE Aruba Networking’s Secure Service Edge (SSE) in building a SASE Architecture.
This document will describe all the necessary steps to integrate Aruba SD-Branch with HPE Aruba Networking SSE to automate the creation of a unified SASE Architecture.
