Configuring IP Client Tracker on AOS-S Switches
The IP Client tracker module identifies both trusted and untrusted clients that access the system. This feature is available for AOS-S 2930F, 2930M, and 3810 switches.
This feature is supported on AOS-S version 16.10.0008 and later.
To configure IP client tracker, complete the following steps:
- In the WebUI, select one of the following options:
- To select a switch group in the filter:
- Set the filter to a group containing at least one switch.
The dashboard context for the group is displayed.
- Under , click > .
- Click the AOS-S or icon to view the switch configuration dashboard.
- Set the filter to a group containing at least one switch.
- To select a switch in the filter:
- Set the filter to or a group containing at least one switch.
- Under
A list of switches is displayed in the
view. , click > . - Click a switch under
The dashboard context for the switch is displayed.

The tabs to configure the switch is displayed.

- To select a switch group in the filter:
- Click > . The IP Client Tracker page is displayed.
- To enable the client tracker move the toggle to on position.
The
is disabled by default.- Select one of the following options under Enable IP Client Tracker for:
- All clients
- Trusted clients only
- Untrusted clients only
- Move the Probe Delay toggle to on position.
- Enter the Enter probe delay in seconds. Default value is 15, you can set a value in the range of 15 to 300 seconds.
- Click Save Settings.
