AI Insights in Global Dashboard
In an environment of rapidly changing business and user expectations driven by an explosion of connectivity requirements from the edge to the cloud, a new approach to network management is required. Aruba AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT operations) is the next generation of AI Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. AI reduces trouble tickets by identifying the network entity that is facing problems through event correlation and root cause analysis.-powered solutions that integrates proven Artificial Intelligence solutions with recommended and automated action to provide both fast response to identified problems, along with proactive prediction and prevention.
The
dashboard displays a report of network events that could possibly affect the quality of the overall network performance. These are anomalies observed at the access point, connectivity, and client level for the selected time range. Each insight provides specific details on the occurrences of these events for easy debugging. The insights are classified under the following categories:
- Connectivity—Issues related to the wireless connectivity in the network.
- Wireless Quality—Issues related to the RF Radio Frequency. RF refers to the electromagnetic wave frequencies within a range of 3 kHz to 300 GHz, including the frequencies used for communications or Radar signals. Info or RF Health in the network.
- Availability—Issues related to the health of your network infrastructure and the devices in the network such as, APs, switches, and gateways.
To view connectivity data for all the Instant APs in the AI Insights dashboard, ensure that the NTP Network Time Protocol. NTP is a protocol for synchronizing the clocks of computers over a network. server is configured for the all devices and the time is synchronized correctly corresponding to the respective time zone. If the time stamp is not correct, the telemetry data received from the Instant APs will be dropped. Also, set the firewall Firewall is a network security system used for preventing unauthorized access to or from a private network. to allow traffic on port 123 to sync the time with NTP Server.
