After a tenant account is created, the MSP administrator can add tenant users to the account. To create a tenant user, the MSP administrator must provide a valid email address for the user. A verification email is sent to this email address. Tenant users have access to their individual tenant account only. Tenant users do not have access to other tenant accounts managed by the MSP.
