Access Points Tab in the Controller Dashboard
The controller.
tab under > page in the controller dashboard displays details of all the access points (AP) connected to a specificTo navigate to the Access Points > Access Points tab in the controller dashboard, complete the following steps:
- In the app Short form for application. It generally refers to the application that is downloaded and used on mobile devices. , set the filter to one of the options under , , or . Ensure that the filter selection contains at least one controller. For all devices, set the filter to .
The dashboard context for the selected filter is displayed.

A list of controllers is displayed.
, click > . - Click a controller under
The dashboard context for the specific controller is displayed.

The Access Points page is displayed.
To exit the controller dashboard, click the back arrow on the filter.

You can change the time range for the
tab by clicking the time range filter and selecting one of the available options: , , , , and .The Access Points table displays the following details:
- —Name of the AP. Click an AP name to view the AP details page.
- IP Address—IP address of the AP.
- Status—The status of the AP.
- Serial—The serial number of the device.
- Active—The name of the active controller. Click an active controller name to view the active controller details page.
- Standby—The name of the standby controller. Click an standby controller name to view the standby controller details page.
- MAC Media Access Control. A MAC address is a unique identifier assigned to network interfaces for communications on a network. Address—MAC address of the AP.
- Model—The model number of the AP.
In the Access Points table, the additional columns can be selected by clicking the icon provided at the right corner of the table. Click the
button provided in the drop-down list to reset the AP List with default columns only. To autofit the columns, click the icon and select .
