This section provides high-level troubleshooting and operational procedures to consider if you are having issues with you SD-WAN deployment. This information provides a general overview and is supplementary to formal training and experience with the solution.
As much as possible, the document is structured for an operational audience, following a progressive triage workflow driving toward root cause identification. The audience is assumed to have a basic understanding of the EdgeConnect solution.
Appropriate members of a team managing the EdgeConnect installation should have access to the Support Portal.
If not done already, set up support accounts before you begin.
