Calling all networking, security, IoT, AI, mobility, and cloud innovators! Atmosphere ’24 is underway, and we invite you to submit a proposal to share your expertise.
This year, Atmosphere joins forces with HPE Discover Las Vegas to deliver an unparalleled conference experience with more than 10,000 anticipated attendees, expanded demo showcase and hundreds of breakout sessions. The Atmosphere Edge program at HPE Discover Las Vegas unites our Airheads community to deepen their expertise, provide technical training and build industry connections.

Submission process and requirements
- Each submission will be vetted by HPE Aruba Networking experts based on content, completeness of session vision, speaker merits, relevance to track and audience, and relevance to conference goals and theme. Please submit proposals as early as possible. HPE Aruba Networking reserves the right to close the call for papers early if a sufficient number of quality submissions are received.
- Submissions that highlight real-world experience and best practices using HPE Aruba Networking's products and solutions, and that align to conference tracks will be given priority.
- Call for Papers submissions must be made by the actual presenter. Submissions from third parties, such as PR firms or speaker representatives on behalf of a potential speaker or speaking team, will not be accepted.
- HPE Aruba Networking does not accept product- or vendor-related pitches. Presentations that appear to be products or services will not be considered.
- Speakers may submit more than one proposal, but each proposal must be submitted via a separate submission form.
- Prepare your session to run 75 minutes (approx. 60 minutes for presentation time and 15 minutes for Q&A)
- Individuals submitting a proposal will receive an email receipt of the submission. After selection decisions have been made, submitters will receive an email confirmation of acceptance or rejection.
- Speakers will be contacted with any questions about their presentations.
Before you begin your submission, please have the following prepared:
- Speaker bio – 350 characters or less (including spaces).
- Session title – 60 characters or less (including spaces).
- Session abstract – 550 characters or less (including spaces).
- Please note, you will be prompted to create an account prior to submitting your paper.
Detailed write-up of presentation
A detailed write-up of your presentation in either Microsoft Word or PDF format will be required if your submission is accepted. The actual presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format are not required, unless they are readily available at the time of submission.
One conference pass will be awarded for one speaker. The conference pass will include admission to the Airheads Track held Monday, June 17 – Thursday, June 20*.
*Public sector employees and contractors, library or K-12 public or private educational institution are not eligible for a complimentary conference pass. Travel and housing expenses are not included in the conference pass.
